Due to the spread of the Corona Virus /COVID- 19 Virus and upon recommendations from the CDC, state and local authorities, our Legacy office is closed to residents and guests. Foresite has made this decision out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our residents and staff.
Our Virtual Office Is OPEN!
For Our Residents: Please go on-line and utilize the Property Portal for work orders, issues, concerns and rent payments. You can reach us by phone during normal business hours.
Work Orders: at this time, we will only be tending to emergency work orders related to heat, plumbing, smoke detectors and appliance needs. We are asking that you allow our staff to use the sink to wash their hands before and after work orders. All other work orders will be placed on hold while the office practices social distancing.
Common Areas: Our maintenance staff will be focusing on cleaning of all common areas, laundry rooms and the property grounds.
Emergencies: Please remember to call 911 in the event of fire or medical emergencies.
For Our Guests: We are happy you came to see us! We are still leasing and have units available for rent. We are available by appointment only during the hours of 11am-3pm, Monday through Friday. Please contact to make an appointment.
